She works in tune to her clients’ needs, pulling from her extensive library of tips and knowledge that stems from her past work and personal life experiences. She then combines it all with her vast database of local and nationwide connections to anyone and everyone needed to get the job done. Bonnie is the “expert” resident with the “know how” and the “know who” in getting all size jobs done quickly and efficiently.  She has experience in party planning, family reunions, business events, as well as, travel planning. She is a member of BNI, eWomen International, the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce and many other local networking groups that add to her vast list of connections and people needed to get any job done, efficiently and cost effectively.

She is a member of the International Concierge and Errand Association and an expert in concierge and customer service. She has years of professional growth and experience that stem from having worked in several local customer service related jobs. This experience gives her the foundation to her service minded work ethic as well as the ability to go the extra mile to satisfying her clients with a job well done. She is driven to create results and provide positive solutions in everything she does!
